The Artist for Change Initiative (TAFC) is a comprehensive support program designed to empower underrepresented artists in the music industry. We provide resources, guidance, and opportunities to help talented musicians from marginalized communities amplify their voices and reach wider audiences. Our mission is to break down barriers and create a more equitable music ecosystem where every artist has the chance to succeed based on their talent and passion.

TAFC was born from the personal journey of Stef Sums, who experienced firsthand the challenges faced by artists from underrepresented backgrounds. Despite having incredible talent, many artists struggle to navigate an industry that often favors those with existing connections and resources.

Stef's story of perseverance and eventual success inspired the creation of TAFC - a platform to ensure that other talented artists don't have to face these barriers alone. We believe that diversity in music enriches our culture and that every voice deserves to be heard.
